These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, orders, and services provided by ChenLotus Asian Food ApS in Denmark.

These terms apply to all customers purchasing products or services from ChenLotus Asian Food ApS through physical stores, online platforms, or direct orders.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK).
Prices include VAT (Moms) according to Danish law unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payment methods approved at checkout.

4. Orders

Orders are only binding once confirmed by ChenLotus Asian Food ApS.

5. Delivery

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers in Denmark and the EU may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, unless exceptions apply, including perishable food products.
For food and perishable items:
Products cannot be returned once opened or if hygiene or food safety may be compromised.
Fresh and frozen products are generally non-returnable unless defective.
Complaints regarding damaged or incorrect products must be made within a reasonable time after receipt.
